The Moody 28 is a popular family cruiser that is easy to sail and a delight to handle. The furling genoa and mainsail stack pack system make handling easy and sailing a pleasure. The deck and cockpit of the Moody 28 are uncluttered making moving around easy. The accommodation is light and airy providing comfort when the day's sailing is over. The 20hp Nanni diesel engine provides ample power to get you to port when the wind drops at the end of the day.

Re-engined 2005, new standing rigging, a new furler, a topsides paint job and antifouled ready for the coming season. A great cruising boat.

Accommodation

The forward cabin has two single berths as V berths  and can be converted to a double berth with the infill cushion, shelving and overhead opening hatch. Door leading through to the saloon with port and starboard bench settees that can be used as single berths. Storage over, behind and under settees. Central dining table with drop leaves and bottle storage. Forward facing chart table to port, aft of this, door to the heads. To starboard, L shaped galley and door to the aft cabin. This cabin has a double berth, hanging locker, transom opening portlight, opening roof hatch to cockpit and engine access. Central companionway with engine access under steps.
