This Princess 440, which was sold new in Germany and only has 2 previous owners, has been restored and upgraded in recent years with a new exclusive interior and new expensive equipment for over 600,000 SEK in material costs alone. A great many working hours have also been spent on restoring the boat's exterior, i.e. hull, deck and flybridge, which you will be impressed about when you experience this very beautiful boat!

Among the many advantages of this Princess 440 are, among others: The boat's new large extended bathing platform is covered with durable flexiteak of the best model (G2) which also adorns the aft deck and the steps up to the flybridge which are adorned with new genuine teak flooring. New extended aft canopy with bimini top and vertical side and rear parts, new bimini top and new protective covers for all sofas and for the entire driver's seat on the flybridge are also available. All sofas on the aft deck and on the flybridge have new cushions in durable Silvertex with embroidered Princess logo. The sofas in the boat's cabin and the double captain's armchairs in the wheelhouse are reupholstered in durable fabric upholstery. All interior floor surfaces have new fine carpeting and the ceiling, interior walls and panels in the salon and wheelhouse have been professionally restored/treated by Colorglo. All wooden furnishings in the boat appear in the best possible condition and all cabins are incredibly nice and fresh!

Regarding new, expensive and sought-after extra equipment in the boat, which includes both new air conditioning and new diesel heater, new complete Garmin electronics and navigation equipment and not least Dockmate remote control of the boat's engines and bow and stern thrusters so you can drive and maneuver the boat exactly as you want no matter where you are on board. The large, spacious decks that the Princess 440 offers are perfectly planned, including a large 5-seater L-sofa on the boat's large, deep aft deck that provides plenty of room for 2 folding chairs in front of the double folding teak tables so that as many as 7-8 people can sit comfortably at the table and socialize and enjoy the evening's dinner buffet.

Up on the flybridge there is a large U-sofa with a removable teak folding table for 6 people and a double captain's sofa is located at the helm station. Behind the U-sofa there is a large open area that is perfect for placing 2 sun loungers and a cocktail table during the warm summer days. For easy boarding and disembarking in the bow there is a substantial platform with teak steps and an open pulpit with optimized grab rails for safe movement on deck. A large sunbed with a headrest with Princess logo and protective cover is located on the foredeck and the boat's side decks are wide. The grab rails are located along the cabin for safe movement and descent to the aft deck.

The large space and the layout that the boat's exclusively furnished cabin offers, including the boat's large kitchen directly connected to the salon, are also a contributing factor to the boat's very comfortable and pleasant living comfort. With an entrance from the hall on the lower deck, there is a large guest bathroom with a separate shower cabin and a new electric flush toilet, as well as entrances to both of the boat's guest cabins, where the SB cabin has double single beds and the BB cabin has bunk beds. In the foredeck is the boat's exclusive Master cabin with its own bathroom with shower and new electric flush toilet.
