Aurora is a Sealine S24 built in the year 1998 she comes with the following; Shore power, GRP construction, original gelcoat, Volvo Penta 130hp Diesel engine on outdrive legs, four berths, two double beds, hob/grill, galley sink with hot and cold running water, shower, pump out toilet with holding tank, aft canopy all in good condition.

The cockpit area is spacious with a folding canopy and white leather seating both in good condition, the helm will seat 2 and there is seating along the transom for more crew around the cockpit table.

Step down to the saloon where there is circular seating at the bow and a nicely finished dining table which will turn into double berth, a further double berth is under the cockpit. The galley area is equipped with a gas hob/grill along with a fridge, sink with hot and cold water, all set into a lovely wood finish unit. The separate clean and spacious bathroom has a pump out toilet, sink and shower.

The upholstery is in good condition throughout the interior.

Accommodation

Main Cabin
With dinette at the front of the vessel with a C-shaped seating arrangement which will drop down to form a double berth, hatch above for ventilation and light. This area will seat 4 comfortably and there is storage beneath all seats.
Slightly to rear is the Galley:
With Neptune 2000 two ring gas cooker hob and grill with 12v Encel refrigerator beneath. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold water with locker space beneath.
Opposite to Heads:
With Jabsco manual pump toilet, wash basin with hot and cold water and a pull out shower. The area benefits from mirror, opening window and easy to wipe down GRP.
Underneath the helm is the Mid-Cabin:
This area is closed off by a curtain and is approximately 6' 5" long by 4', expanding to 5' wide. Includes reading lights and small window for light and ventilation.
Diesel Heater with outlets in the cabin and cockpit.
Three steps up to Cockpit:
The helm and navigator to port, instrumentation includes VHF radio, trim tabs, speed and depth Ratheon Tri Data, compass, rev counter with engine hour meter, temperature gauge, oil pressure, volt meter, engine leg level and fuel tank. There is an additional 12v cigarette lighter style plug and rudder indicator on the steering boss.
The navigator seat will pivot through 90 degrees and the table can then be accessed from all aspects. The seating in this area will comfortably accommodate 6 around the aft cockpit.
