The Beneteau Antares 8 is a capable weekender, offering not only a spacious cabin but also a large cockpit that benefits from a full enclosure, removable table and comfortable seating. For the warmer months, the enclosure converts down to a bimini sunshade and there are dual bathing platforms. "West Wind" also benefits from the Comfort Trim Kit, Sound Pack and Electronics Pack - all smart upgrades. Powered by a Suzuki 200hp outboard, she offers a combination of speed and economic cruising. Very low hours for this age of boat and viewing is highly recommended.

Accommodation
Entering into the wheelhouse via sliding glass doors there is a dinette to port with seating for four adults opposite a small galley with gas burner hob, fresh water sink and 12v refrigerator beneath. There is a single helm seat with raise up bolster including a footrest beneath the helm. The forward seating of the dinette converts into a forward facing navigator seat. The Fusion stereo head unit is positioned at the helm and there are speakers in the wheelhouse and cockpit. Teak effect carpets throughout.  Teak finish interior woodwork with cream vinyl fitted cockpit cushions and grey cotton cabin upholstery. Sliding door to large aft cockpit with cockpit seating pack, large cockpit table, steps to side deck, and walk-thru transom to the moulded bathing platform starboard side, with bathing ladder.

Mechanical Systems
Suzuki 200hp outboard engine which was last professionally serviced in September 2023. It has completed only 73 hours. It has a three-blade stainless steel propeller and a 280 L Fuel Tank. It is also fitted with a Vetus bowthruster making handling much easier. 

Electrical Systems
1 x 12 V 110 Ah Engine battery 1 x Service battery 12 V 110 Ah Battery 1 x 12v Battery Bow thruster   Alternator and 240v shore power battery charging.  Immersion heater.
