This Beneteau 36CC is a well-designed and spacious center cockpit cruiser. This well thought out boat offers plenty of accommodation for its 36ft. The centre cockpit is protected by a solid windscreen and in-mast mainsail and furling genoa make for easy sail handiling. Bright and airy below deck with very decent aft master cabin, excellent galley and nicely presented saloon. This particular example has been nicely cared for. Accommodations
Accommodations includes 6 berths in 3 cabins inc. saloon table conversion.  There is full standing (2m) headroom and good ventilation throughout. Forward is a decent V berth,hanging lockers both port and starboard and top opening hatch.  The salon features folding centre line table allowing for comfortable dining by 4-6 adults. Long settees port and starboard provide comfortable seating and additional berths. To starboard is the nav station with forward facing chart table and electronics board. The fully fitted galley lies outboard to port with two burner stove & oven, SS sinks with pressurised hot and cold water, fridge with small freezer compartment. Beyond the galley lies the generous aft cabin with large double berth, side settee and hanging lockers and cubby holes. The cabin also has access to the heads and shower, engine room and steering gear.  

Mechanical Systems
Located centrally aft of the saloon and under the cockpit is the Yanmar 3GM30F 27HP diesel engine shaft driven. Three blade bronze propeller. Last serviced 2024.

Electrical systems
1 x 12v 95Ah AGM start battery 5 x 12v 95Ah AGM house battery Alternator CTEK Multi XS 25000 battery charger. Link Battery monitor 4 x Flexible solar panels - old, don't produce much power. 1 x Aerogen wind generator

Spars & Sails
Sloop rigged masthead with boom.  In mast furling mainsail and furling Genoa. SS Standing rigging new - 2018.  Running rigging replaced as needed. 1 x Mainsail - probably original 1 x Genoa Technique Voile - Used condition 1 x Genoa - Used condition 2 x Lewmar No 48  self tailing winches 1 x Lewmar No 44  self tailing winches

Navigation Equipement

Construction
The Beneteau is built of fiberglass with a balsa core.  The decks are teak.  She has a wing keel and was last anti-fouled Nov 2024.
