A nice example of the Hunter Horizon 23. This fin keel example has four berths in an open plan layout with separate loo compartment, a new retractable Mariner outboard motor in a well, fractional rig with self tacking jib. Ideal shoal draft family cruiser with sparkling Hunter performance.

Accommodation
The accommodation offers four berths, with double berth in the forepeak and double quarter berth. U shaped dinette providing two settees. Fixed table with drop leaves. Fold down chart table to port with galley opposite. Origo 3000 two burner gimballed alcohol hob plus a single burner gas hob. Stainless steel sink with manually pumped water supply (5 gallons tank). Ice box. Separate heads compartment with marine toilet, moulded basin and canvas door. Grey striped cloth upholstery. Blue curtains.
Mechanical Systems
Located in cockpit well with tilt mechanism. Mariner 6hp, 4 stroke, long shaft outboard motor (new in 2023). Forward and reverse gears with remote control. 6 gallons fuel capacity in separate tank.

Construction
Completed to a high standard in 1995 from a kit by Hunter Boats to a design by David Thomas. White GRP hull with style stripes. Rubbing strake. White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck. Fin keel. Lifting transom hung rudder. Tiller steering. Aft self draining cockpit.
