This second hand OUTREMER 55 Light symbolizes offshore sailing excellence and uncompromising adventure. Built in 1999 at the Outremer shipyard, La Grande Motte, to the designs of Gérard Danson, she is the perfect combination of robustness, performance and comfort. The first choice of experienced multihull-sailors with the ambition of circumnavigating the world. This classic performance cruiser offers two digit average sailing speed and peaks of above 20 knots if desired. Designed for fast, safe and comfortable crossings even in the most challenging conditions. With her spacious and welcoming interior, she offers great comfort at sea. Her huge cockpit can comfortably seat up to 12 guests for dining at sea or at anchor. Well-designed and perfectly maintained, this catamaran is the definition of adventure. This Outremer 55 Light was extended to 55 (16m10), a modification that exploits the full potential of this design, without ever betraying its spirit. It is this generation of boats that built the reputation of the Outremer yard.
