**Cozy motor yacht with houseboat character - berth on the Danube can be taken over**

This well-kept motor yacht is in **good, age-appropriate and roadworthy condition** and is ideal as a comfortable travel or houseboat. Particularly attractive is the ** wonderful berth in the marina Donautal (Kapfelberg)** with direct access to the terrace and the pebble beach on the Danube Dam. The berth can be taken over for the current season.

**Notes**

Some **non-safety-relevant electrical indicators and functions** (e.g. Radar and individual instruments on the flybridge) are currently without function. The Webasto diesel heating must be unlocked by a specialist company.
