The Rapier 400 catamaran is designed to deliver the joy of sailing along with the highest standards of comfort and safety. With her sleek lines, elegant design, and lightweight construction, she is a prime example of the Rapier series. She impresses with a perfect blend of performance and usable space, having already won her class twice in the prestigious UK Round the Island Race. Her hull and deck are manufactured using a special resin infusion process (vacuum-bagged) with a sandwich construction with a Divinycell foam core. The deck features a non-slip finish, and the hull-deck joint is fully bonded for added durability. Watertight bulkheads, buoyancy compartments, and sealed keels enhance safety, making her virtually unsinkable. All essential features for a performance cruising catamaran come as standard. Hull number #11 is currently under construction and will be ready for delivery approximately four months after contract signing.
