Summary
'Clare IV' a Princess 360 is a well-regarded flybridge motor yacht that blends performance, comfort, and timeless styling. Designed for both coastal cruising and extended stays aboard, she offers a spacious layout for her size, with refined finishes and practical design throughout. Her deep-V hull ensures confident handling at sea, while her interior provides a warm and inviting retreat.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD63L-A engine with 636hp giving her good performance. She is fitted with a Generator and good electronics.
Construstion
Deep vee with hard chines, large flat panels aft with two rows of longitudinal spray rails either side forward for stiffness and performance.
Heavily reinforced underbody as part of the hull structure around the P brackets and stern tubes.
The hull is antifouled over a primed gelcoat. Paint is in good condition.

Electrical System
12 volt System
The vessel is fitted with a 12-volt DC electrical system comprising batteries charged by engine alternators,
230V AC shore supply battery charger and Generator
in a dedicated cabinet and 230v AC trip panel adjacent.
Single master breaker at helm. All the boat’s systems energise. Second master breaker energises the engine circuits.
Six batteries are fitted arranged in four banks. Two banks located below in the engine space forward in dedicated GRP boxes. Bank 1) Two service batteries to port. Bank 2) Two engine start batteries to starboard. 3) One generator start battery of 53Ah in the lazarette space and 4)
Bowthruster battery of 95Ah below the forepeak berth. Batteries secure when lids are fitted.
AC System
The vessel is fitted with one low load shore supply for connecting to a pontoon socket, and a small diesel generator aboard for independent supply.
These systems are primarily for energising the cooker. There is a control monitor and cross-over switch at the lower helm for shore power or generator.
Single 16A inlet located in aft cockpit locker to starboard and cable is provided.
Generator
Mastervolt 3 KVA single-cylinder indirect cooled diesel generator fitted in a dedicated soundproof whisper box aft in the lazarette with remote start at lower helm.
Water System
The vessel is fitted a simple pressurised on demand hot and cold-water system comprising one tank feeding water to the galley, toilets compartment sinks via pressure activated pump.
Calorifier Vertical Quick or similar boiler of 50 Litres capacity.
Automatic shower pump-out fitted in toilet compartment.
Tankage
Twin fuel tanks in stainless steel with 375 each capacity making a total of 750.Both tanks replaced recently.
Single Water tank in Aluminium with 380 litres capacity.
Single Holding Tank in Aluminium with 150 litres capacity.
Accommodation
The Princess 360 is particularly admired for its thoughtfully arranged and comfortable accommodation, making it ideal for family cruising or entertaining guests.
Saloon
The main saloon is bright and airy, thanks to large panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light. The seating area features a comfortable U-shaped sofa surrounding a dining table, creating a sociable environment for meals or relaxation. Opposite, additional seating or cabinetry provides practical storage and a place for entertainment systems.
Finished in warm, high-quality wood joinery with soft upholstery, the saloon offers a welcoming, almost homely atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.
Galley
Positioned just a few steps down from the saloon, the galley is both practical and well-equipped. It includes:
