The Cataclub 1480/1500 was built in 1996 by the French shipyard Multicoque Diffusion, with the interior fit-out completed by the first owner. She was launched in 1998. From 1999 to 2004, this cataclub was registered in the Small Ships Register of the UK, before being transferred to a new owner in 2004 and registered in the British Virgin Islands. In 2010, she was re-imported to Europe and transferred to Germany, where it has since undergone extensive refits at various shipyards. In Bremen, extensive works were carried out until 2024, including the replacement of the engines and generators (2021), the renewal of the electrical system, the modernization of the navigation equipment, the update of the sail gear and much more. The hull has been regularly treated with antifouling, and the standing and running rigging were replaced. The catamaran has primarily sailed in the waters of the Mediterranean and the Black Sea, making it a reliable companion for longer voyages. The Cataclub is currently located in Bremerhaven, with all relevant VAT documentation (EU) in order, and is ready for a new owner.
